Free Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $69 CAD within Canada and $49 USD to the United States.

Tracked Shipping
All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your package’s journey.

Processing Time
In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Pre-Orders
Pre-order items require additional processing time. Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks before shipment unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Estimated Delivery
Estimated delivery time is approximately 3–7 business days for orders within Canada and the United States after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
